Hi there! I'm Jenny Dipasupil, LMT (licensed massage therapist). I'm a somatic healer and spiritual mentor living and working in Northern Virginia, just outside of Washington DC. I specialize in guiding and educating highly sensitive souls and curious individuals ready to explore new ways of thinking and being by connecting with the spirit in all things.

 

I enjoy seeing clients for one to one healing sessions at Alexandria Myotherapy in Old Town Alexandria and love facilitating community practice groups. Reach out if you'd like to start a new circle or join a gathering! I also connect with clients over the phone. It's my favorite way to facilitate healing remotely and the no video part helps you cultivate your intuition.

Every curious client asks how I came to massage therapy and each time I Iook back, a new link or thread pops in. It was a calling that began as a deep intuitive knowing that this would be the path towards healing my own emotional pain. It grew each year into a super soul-fulfilling exploration of the mind-body-spirit connection and the ever-mysterious concept of ENERGY.

 

More adventures into the spiritual and unseen realms came much later in my 18+ year career as a professional healer. I could probably write a book about it as so many of us have. The journey includes your typical initiations such as a handful of tragedies and loads of amazing learning experiences. I'll let you know when inspiration hits. It's on the horizon sooner than I think!

While I never set out to become a massage therapist, I knew early on that I wanted to help people. How? I wasn't super sure until I came up with a plan in high school to combine my two loves of psychology and art. So I attempted to become an art therapist.

​

It never happened. I dropped out of grad school halfway through, right after being shook by 9/11. I didn't find real relief from past traumatic experiences and nervous system dysregulation until I found massage and energy work.

 

What a gift this field has given me both personally and professionally. It only took me 30 years to land on all the methods, tools, modalities, and therapies that work for me and my clients and I know there's still more to learn and experience. Exploring is way more fun now that I've found relief from that constant existential dread I felt as early as I can remember.

All the clichés are true! We're all living the same mysteries. What's unique to you, to me, is that we each have our own perspectives and they're all valid, they're all real. We're here to discover and live our own personal truth. 

 

My chosen path as a spiritual seeker is gentle fun with Inang Kalikasan (Tagalog for Mother Earth) and the spirit in all things. I answer the call to embody my gifts as a healer and facilitator, nurture deep and meaningful relationships, and appreciate the sacred in the everyday.
