I work with individuals and duos, teens and adults. This could be a romantic couple (of any variety, queer and poly-inclusive), platonic friendship, or family relationship such as siblings or parent-teen.
We connect in-person, online with Google Meet (an alternative to Zoom), and with old-fashioned phone calls.
These unique experiences are our co-creations. I'm here to help you develop YOUR GIFTS as well as share mine.
We'll be connecting with heart and soul medicine, grief and joy and everything in-between. We'll touch in with your emotions and you'll become more accustomed to feeling them...
Why? Because this is the gift of being human. AND the biggest energy suck I've witnessed over the years is repressing and suppressing authentic states of being.
Tears may fall. You might leave feeling incredibly happy. And in many cases with cacao, hours later when you're alone, you will feel amazingly connected to yourself and the world.

CranioSacral Magic
CranioSacral Therapy (CST) nurtures the home base of the nervous system, your body's control tower. When we soften the physical tensions on the brain and spinal cord, all systems of your body function more optimally.
During this 60-minute clothed session, you'll lie on a comfy massage table and experience my skilled touch which will vary in pressure from gentle to firm as we attune to your body's wisdom. Emotional release is common with CST as we're helping stuck energies find resolution. CST is excellent for deep relaxation, regulating your nervous system states, and dialoguing with subconscious patterns.

Cacao & Cranio
Talk about a dynamic duo! We'll amplify the magic of CranioSacral Therapy with the Spirit of Cacao. Expand your ability to navigate life with certainty in this customized 75-minute signature ceremony.
Cacao contains neuromodulators like anandamide, the "bliss molecule" and PEA (phenylethylamine) which helps you focus and supports creativity. CranioSacral Therapy is a light touch bodywork you receive clothed that restores your resilience and tends to the home of your nervous system from head to sacrum.
Together, Cacao & Cranio nurture your sense of safety and help rebuild trust (in yourself and others), making it 100 times easier to step into new ways of thinking and being.
The ritual of preparing cacao as a drink is powerfully therapeutic all on its own. This session is fantastic for supporting the development of your own daily ritual. I'll demo prep and invite you to practice making our ceremonial drink. Session Price: $200 (sliding scale is available)
Cacao 101
Feeling the call to connect with cacao? By drinking it daily, you'll understand firsthand why its been revered for centuries by the indigenous cultures of the Amazon and Mesoamerica as a sacred plant medicine that fosters abundance, nurtures creativity, and heals our deepest wounds.

Community Cacao
Looking for "your people"? Try cacao as a gentle heart opener for connecting with aligned community. During a 90-minute community circle, you'll be invited to allow your nervous system to settle in with the help of the "bliss molecule" anandamide found in cacao.
Get to know yourself better while practicing relational skills like deep presence, sacred witnessing, conscious communication, and authentic relating.
Our focus is tending to grief as it's often overlooked and viewed as something to just "get over." We live with grief everyday so let's get really skilled at holding it for ourselves and others!
Prices start at $30 based on a sliding scale. Circles may be co-facilitated collaborations.
