Sky's the limit in customizing a 1:1 or group session, ceremony, or ritual when working with teens and adults.
For groups, this could be a romantic couple (of any variety, queer and poly-inclusive), platonic friendship, or family relationship such as siblings or parent-teen. Up to 14 spots are available at community circles.
We connect in-person, online with Google Meet (an alternative to Zoom), and with old-fashioned phone calls.

Spiritual-Somatic EMDR
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is an evidence-based therapy designed to help people resolve trauma and emotional distress.
It has 8 phases although it's commonly recognized by its signature "bilateral stimulation" like alternating taps to the body or moving your eyes from side-to-side. This helps the brain more fully process a stuck memory so you can feel relief from the distressing event.
I integrate a unique version of EMDR into my video chat calls that emphasizes dropping into the body, connecting to spiritual resources, and letting go of emotions energetically.
It's my spin on the Somatic EMDR training I completed with The Embody Lab. While I'm highly experienced with trauma healing from a bodywork perspective, please remember that I am not a licensed psychotherapist so if you're currently in active trauma or crisis, I can refer you to a trauma therapist for treatment.
I invite you to see me if you're dealing with historical blocks and patterns that don't seem to budge no matter what you try.
The Process Call
I began offering what became known as a "process call" back when pandemic hit. It started as an invitation from my very own intuition to turn on all of my Spidey senses. I answered the call to develop my extrasensory skills and discover my gifts and in turn, now teach others how to do the same!
That's what these calls are... We're not processing info in a traditional sense like you would in talk therapy. What we're tuning into is the subtle underlying stuff: Spirit. Energy. Relational Dynamics.
Emotions are at play too and sometimes they get pushed aside. I won't let you avoid them for too long because that's really where all the magic sauce is concentrated.

Integrative Bodywork
I bring 20 years of experience and knowledge to sessions, using a customized combo of highly effective manual therapy.
I specialize in a unique fascial approach to managing chronic pain, increasing range of motion, and reducing overall tension from poor posture and body ergonomics.

My modalities include: Precision Neuromuscular Therapy, John F. Barnes Myofascial Release, Upledger CranioSacral Therapy, Reiki, and various energy healing techniques learned over the years and field-tested on a regular basis.
No oil is used in sessions. Please refrain from using lotion before coming in for your session.
CranioSacral Magic
CranioSacral Therapy (CST) nurtures the home base of the nervous system, your body's control tower. When we soften the physical tensions on the brain and spinal cord, all systems of your body function more optimally.
During this 60-minute clothed session, you'll lie on a comfy massage table and experience my skilled touch which will vary in pressure from gentle to firm as we attune to your body's wisdom. Emotional release is common with CST as we're helping stuck energies find resolution. CST is excellent for deep relaxation, regulating your nervous system states, and dialoguing with subconscious patterns.

Cacao & Cranio
Talk about a dynamic duo! We'll amplify the magic of CranioSacral Therapy with the Spirit of Cacao. Expand your ability to navigate life with certainty in this customized 75-minute signature ceremony.

The ritual of preparing cacao as a drink is powerfully therapeutic all on its own. This session is fantastic for supporting the development of your own daily ritual. I'll demo prep and invite you to practice making our ceremonial drink. Session Price: $240 (sliding scale is available)

Community Cacao
Looking for "your people"? Try cacao as a gentle heart opener for connecting with aligned community. During a 90-minute community circle, you'll be invited to allow your nervous system to settle in with the help neuromodulators found in cacao that foster focus and nurture connection.
Experience how good it feels to embody a sense of true belonging. Practice developing relational skills like deep presence, sacred witnessing, conscious communication through movement, and authentically relating.
Prices start at $30 based on a sliding scale. Circles may be co-facilitated collaborations.
